$10.00 per notarized signature, per document. Travel fees may apply and do vary when exceeding a local 5 mile radius. $0.50 per miles may be assessed or a flat convenience fee. Price can be negotiated for multiple documents.
Loan signing appointments are negotiated flat fee assignments
CSA - Certified Signing Agent As a certified Loan Signing Agent with the NNA (National Notary Association) I offer my services to title and escrow agents, signing agencies, attorneys, financial institutions, Realtors, buyers and sellers; this in order to help facilitate and expedite their closing process by making sure all documents are properly signed, initialed and notarized. Loan signing assignments are negotiated before being accepted and scheduled, and are flat fee assignments.
